Personal data processed
Identity: name and surname; a national ID or tax number where the invoice or the payment requires it
Contact: e-mail address, phone number, delivery and billing address
Customer transactions: orders, payment status, returns and complaints
Transaction security: IP address and browser information
Your card details are not processed or stored by us; they are processed by the licensed payment institution that takes the payment.
Purposes and legal grounds
Your data is processed to take and deliver your order, collect payment, issue invoices, handle returns and complaints, meet legal obligations and keep the site secure. The legal grounds are the formation and performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation and legitimate interest (KVKK article 5/2). Marketing messages are sent only with your explicit consent.
How it is collected
Data is collected electronically, through the order and contact forms on this site.
Transfers
Your data is shared only as far as the purposes above require: with carriers and logistics companies, payment institutions, the site's hosting and infrastructure providers, and authorised public bodies. The hosting and infrastructure providers process it only on our behalf and on our instructions.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as its purpose requires and for the periods the law prescribes; order and invoice records are kept for 10 years under commercial and tax law.

Your rights
Under KVKK article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed and request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to, ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected and, where the conditions are met, erased or destroyed and for those to whom it was transferred to be told, object to an outcome against you produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
