This text sets out the pre-contract information and the distance sales agreement for orders placed on atnsofttech.com, under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation. Before confirming an order, the buyer declares on the checkout page that they have read and accept it.

2. Buyer
The person who places the order and whose name, delivery address and contact details are given at checkout (the “Buyer”).
3. Subject and product
This agreement covers the sale and delivery of the product(s) the Buyer orders on atnsofttech.com. Their main characteristics, quantity and price including taxes are shown on the product page and in the order summary, which forms part of this agreement.
4. Price, payment and delivery cost
All prices include taxes. Any delivery charge is shown separately in the order summary before the order is confirmed. Payment is made by the methods offered at checkout: card payments are taken through a licensed payment institution and card details are not stored by the Seller.
5. Delivery
The product is delivered to the address the Buyer gives within the legal maximum of 30 days of the order being confirmed. If the Seller cannot deliver within that time, the Buyer may terminate the agreement and every amount paid is refunded within 14 days of the notice.
6. Right of withdrawal
The Buyer may withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of the product being delivered to them or to a person they name, without giving any reason and without penalty.
Notice of withdrawal is given within that period by e-mail to nyilmaz@atnsofttech.com or in writing to Avşar Mah. Batı Çevre Yolu Blv. Kahramanmaraş Teknokent No: 259 İç Kapı No: 24, Onikişubat / Kahramanmaraş. The Buyer returns the product within 10 days of the notice.
Within 14 days of receiving the notice, the Seller refunds every payment collected, delivery charges included, by the method used to pay and at no cost to the Buyer.
7. When the right of withdrawal does not apply
Under article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for:
products made to the Buyer's specifications or personal needs
products that perish quickly or may pass their expiry date
products whose protective packaging, tape, seal or wrapping has been opened after delivery and whose return is unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons
products that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other goods by their nature
audio or video recordings, software and computer consumables whose packaging the Buyer has opened
services performed instantly online and intangible goods delivered instantly to the Buyer
8. Complaints and disputes
Complaints can be sent to the Seller using the contact details above. Within the monetary limits the Ministry of Trade sets each year, the Buyer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee where they live or where the transaction took place. Above those limits, mediation is mandatory before a case is brought to the Consumer Court (Law No. 6502, arts. 68 and 73/A).
9. Entry into force
The agreement is formed when the Buyer accepts this text at checkout and places the order. The text remains available on this page at all times.
