Delivery
Orders are delivered within 30 days of payment being confirmed at the latest. Any delivery charge is shown in the order summary before the order is confirmed.
Check the parcel on delivery. If it is damaged, have the courier record it before you accept it, and let us know.
Withdrawal and returns
You may withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product without giving a reason. Send your notice with your order number to nyilmaz@atnsofttech.com; return the product within 10 days of the notice.
The refund is made within 14 days of your notice reaching us, by the method you paid with, delivery charges included.
Products that cannot be returned
Products made to order, perishable goods, products whose opened packaging makes a return unsuitable for health or hygiene reasons, and digital content delivered instantly are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Distance Contracts Regulation, art. 15).
Defective products
If a product is defective, under article 11 of Law No. 6502 you may choose to withdraw from the contract, ask for a price reduction, a free repair, or a replacement with a defect-free equivalent.
