Longitudinal nevus tracking: the system photographs the whole body, pins each lesion to a stable coordinate, and compares the same lesion visit after visit — so what the dermatologist reads is change over time rather than a fresh judgement each appointment.
Videonystagmography without the cabinet: a smartphone camera in a light head frame records eye movement, and the software separates the horizontal, vertical and torsional components for the clinician to read — a vertigo work-up a district clinic can afford to own.
An orthopaedic device for measuring compartment pressure, and the finished output of a TÜBİTAK project rather than a proposal for one. Its electronics are reusable, which is what pulls the cost of each patient's measurement down and the electronic waste with it — and what makes the device worth reaching for in a mass-casualty event, where patients have to be assessed quickly and assessed again. TÜSEB support now covers the development process, regulatory compliance and the route to commercial release.

In spinal and pelvic tumour surgery a purpose-designed operating table plays a critical part in safety, in surgical precision, and in whether the operation succeeds. What this project aims at is one that is cost-effective, high-performance and produced domestically — widening access to advanced surgical infrastructure while reducing the dependence on imported medical technology. It runs in strategic partnership with Altınay Defense Technologies, combining their advanced engineering expertise with the group's own medical technology development.

Navigation support for total knee arthroplasty: registering the pre-operative plan to the bone in theatre and showing the resection alignment the surgeon has actually achieved. Early-stage — the current work is the registration accuracy study.
